The System (The Engine): A process that runs on logic, not emotion. A workflow that ensures quality even when motivation is zero. It’s a system that doesn’t blink because it doesn't care how I "feel" today—it only cares about the output.
Why Systems Beat Motivation
Motivation is a fair-weather friend. It leaves when the comments get mean or the growth plateaus. But a system? A system is a machine.
When you align persistent grit with a relentless system, luck becomes a statistical bird you eventually catch, rather than a ghost you chase.
